The Norcic edge model gallery, volume3.
The Nordic edge sage go's one! The volume three is on the market.
-A quote from the editor,-
Dear reader, It's a great pleasure to present the third volume in The Nordic edge series. When I started out on this journey I could only dream that the first volume would be followd by a second, and now after a two year break, athird. The support and encouragement from you, our valued readers, has been a great help among the way. Just like the previous volumes, the aim of this book is mainly to provide a source of inspiration rather than a step-by-step guide. Still, a few tricks and tweaks of existing modeling techniques have been included. Not necessary because they are new or revolutionary but because I feel they serve a purpose in this volume. I'm very pleased to say that the mix of subjects is perhaps even greater to say that in the first two, and this time I have also included a section dedicated to the smaller 1/72 and 1/48 scales. With the constant stream of new kits coming out on the market today the possibilities to choose a modeling subject is virtually limitless, but I'm convinced there is something for everyone in this book. Some may prefer the straight forward build ou of the box and what can be achived with today's good kits. Others may find the more and complex dioramas more interesting or perhaps the exquisite figures included in this volumme. I also feel there is an even balance between Allied en German Subjects... -Toni Canfora, editor-
So, it looks to me that volume 3 is also a very interesting book to have as a modeller. Not a book with the step by step pics. But a book that will give us a lot of reference or inspiration. Volume 3 is also availleble in Englisch and his contents exist of some famous scandinavian modellers.
